Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the OpenOn app:

1. Open the OpenOn app
2. Go to Account or Settings
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion when prompted

When you delete your account, OpenOn deletes or anonymizes eligible account data, including:

• Account profile information
• Letters created by you
• Thoughts created by you
• Connections and related account data
• Uploaded photos and attachments

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for:

• Security and fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• Payment, subscription, and transaction records
• Backup and disaster recovery processes
