Why hasn’t my letter opened?
It opens only at the scheduled time. Check the unlock time in the app and your device clock. If that time has passed and it still won’t open, update the app and try again, or email support@getopenon.com with details.
How do anonymous messages work?
Anonymous messages are temporary. The sender’s identity may be revealed after a defined period (up to 3 days), as shown in the app. You can report or block others to prevent misuse. See our Privacy Policy for more.
How do I delete my account?
Use Settings (or Account) in the app to delete your account, or email support@getopenon.com from your registered email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data after deletion.
