OpenOn provides a platform for creating and delivering time-locked, heartfelt messages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use OpenOn. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You agree not to use OpenOn to:

• Send harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards and to suspend accounts that repeatedly breach them.

The OpenOn app, brand, and platform are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your messages are yours — we make no claim to their ownership.

OpenOn is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
